Please include a title for each tape (if possible).


For film transfers & slide scanning please number each item with a permanent marker 1, 2, 3, etc.

Select the payment type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX or PayPal) in the shopping cart.

Please enter your credit card and contact information into the provided fields.

You will receive an email receipt with a confirmation order number.

 

Check or Money Order 

Select the Check / Money Order payment type in the shopping cart.

Enter your contact information into the provided fields.

You will receive an email receipt with a confirmation order number.

Make check or money order payable to Channell Media.

Only checks drawn on US banks or domestic money orders in US $ will be accepted.

 

Step 3 


Ship your order


Please include a copy of your email receipt with your order. 


Place items to be shipped into a sturdy box with packing material. 


Be sure to use a shipping company that can track your package.
